Surprisingly very little bureaucracy for a public company its size. They have hired a lot of really talented and experienced people in the last few years which has greatly benefited the knowledge base of the company. A lot of recent investment in people development.

There are some growing pains as the company has rapidly grown and is expanding quickly with a global presence. However, growing pains are normal and company management has good vision and sets right culture to meet the challenge. You need to be someone with realistic perspective and be patient with (and be excited about) the constant continuous improvement projects. If you're someone who is uncomfortable with change, this isn't the place for you.
