1) Training sessions and workshops are below standard and very unprofessional. Can't understand the speakers most of the time. Always have technical issues with Skype business calls.
2) Kitchen during the lunch time is very hostile for non-Mandarin speakers.
3) Commission structure is always a moving target. As soon as the Management (in China) finds out you are making more commission they will change the rules to reduce the commission. Employees don't have a say, it is more like a Nazi ruling.
4) HR are best friends with Managers, so nothing remains confidential.
