Pros

Open to new ideas and why I chose to write a review. Pay including benefits, caring staff, and flexible work schedule.

Kontras

Technological software is extremely slow and not intuitive. They claim to be innovative but the servers can’t keep up with the growth. Computers including PC’s and laptops are older than a decade.

Pros

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

Kontras

Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
