Due to having a toddler in daycare, lets face it, they end up sick.. A Lot! GHP was understandable, they gave a great work life balance and allowed me to make up time without question without using PTO. They recognized you for your accomplishments and always made you feel apart of the team without excluding you, that's very hard to come by. GHP, also held celebrations to break away from work such as a Snow Crawl, Tailgate, Potlucks, Icecream socials with also need to use PTO to attend. Overtime was always allowed. Management allowed you to do your job without hovering over you.
