- CASHFLOW ISSUES. - You won't be paid on time, both CPF and take home salary. Waiting time : minimally 3 months to forever. Bosses will tell you that they will pay you eventually / 2 months later but they will avoid that question when asked again 2 months later. This cycle repeats. - Too many products. Boss won't listen to his employees to reduce the number of products despite being told countless times. - Feedback sessions are useless. No action will be taken.
