The majority of the employees are personable and genuinely care about other people, and the work they produce. Paychecks were always on time (bi-weekly) and good at the bank. Half of the ownership is a caring person and her dogs that come to work.

Low pay, poor mid-level and senior management, less than full time work and pay most weeks, apparently not all sweat shops are over seas. He forgot is no excuse for air systems to be off during the summer in Arizona, very warm conditions in production areas.
