The company also puts the needs and well-being of their clients above their employees. Employees are constantly asked and expected to take on more job responsibilities and integrate policies that are time consuming but do not add value. There are very limited opportunities for promotions or career advancement. Employees are not offered competitive salaries and raises or opportunities to make more money are very minimal.
