Sexist management EVERYWHERE that refuses to give employees raises. Upper management doesn’t “believe” in raises so don’t work here if you enjoy being rewarded for your work. Only way to get a raise is to leave. Also the company gives a measly TEN vacation days for the first 5 years of working there. Most companies are giving their employees 20 at this point. They do not care about you at all, you’re just a number on a spreadsheet. Avoid.
