Pros

A Company that truly cares about their employees. The culture GVEC creates is one where there is open communication, outward mindset, and everyone's opinion matters. The expectations are high and there is always something new happening, but that's part of being such a forward thinking and progressive company. Work hard, play hard. No company is perfect, but GVEC strives to be the closest to it! I am extremely honored to be a part of this Family.

No cons in my opinion. When you come to work, be ready to make an impact on others, encourage one another, be a team player and always strive to be better. You will be unstoppable!

Pros

There is strong collaboration between different departments, There are opportunities to grow and learn new tools and workflows to further yourself and your career. There is a supportive culture of growth here which is a breath of fresh air from other companies I have worked for

When teams are not collaborating communication between teams can be inconsistent

Pros

The CEO truly is amazing, great pay and benefits. Most areas have awesome managers and leadership. There are definitely high expectations, but when moving at a fast pace, that is expected.

Kontras

I would shy away from any role under Customer Relations. If you are in their circle, you are treated well. Get on the outs with them and you are marked. They preach seeing people as people, but you are really a vehicle just getting them where they need to be. While HR will respond with a comment like “I’m sorry this was your experience. This is not the environment we strive for.” It is also a reoccurring experience for many in these departments and they choose to do nothing about it.
