GSK HR may not even consult you regarding issues or incidents and make isolated decisions that impact your career. They treat people like robots and not human beings. Be careful not to make any mistakes because HR takes decisions without even consulting with you. It’s very cut throat. Separately there is a push for acceleration and worked 7am - 11pm consistently. They don’t consider burn out
