      You feel the satisfaction to work for a company that does good to others, specially those with limited resources. Global company. Nice benefits for management.

      Kontras

      Moves slow in terms of systems, technologies and people retention programs. Training and talent development is poor and expected culture is sometimes more in the paper that in the day to day. Share Service still with opportunity areas in terms of operational and organizational excellence.
