      Pay and benefits is very good. You will sell your soul for it though and potentially your health

      Kontras

      Currently in remediation. Unstructured. Terrible air quality. Code of conduct is not enforced. Terrible life to work ratio. Hated every minute of it till I got paid.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
