If you can stay the pay and benefits are very good. Some opportunity to move around sites and business units.

Layoffs, outsourcing, and getting rid of people for as cheaply as possible. Not much company loyalty. Difficult to advance past the old guard, as they are almost always given preference for new roles or advancement.
