Staff treated unequally with a lot of systemic favouritism coming from the top down. Toxic environment with multiple people off for stress/anxiety. Progression very slow for many people except the favoured few. Pay very poor and huge disparities between people with the same job title (I had to train a new starter who was earning 2k a year more than me). Overall very disappointing experience from supposedly a global leader in the field. I would say only work here for 12 months max to get the name on your CV then move on.
