Their drug portfolio is becoming outdated. - There is an expectation that management gives at least negative review within their department labelled as (missed / under performance). This forces that employee to have less of a bonus and is also reflected on their employment record. This does not send the right message, especially if no one truly deserves a bad review. - Direction from management may be a little misleading or misaligned.
