Social networking is good given that employee numbers are always increasing every month. Processes and workflows are in good order and set up, time can be flexible depending on job nature.

Focus on employee staff: Subjective (no PDP for contract staff and often times, neglected for many things. Perm staff get all the attention even though there are quite a handful of contract staff who has been with the company for a no of years despite headcount freeze)
