Constant rotation of existing staff, Advanced/GRAZAK is unloyal to employees, & has disorganized management, HQ & HR & head honcho bosses are all out of state. Random firing sprees, letting go of employees who have worked 4-16 years with them. Management who doesn't want to work there. Location president doesn't even make the executive decisions. No clear communication within all departments. Disappointing trajectory for a career.
