Overall nice people, they will listen to your requests and worries. Lots of elbow room, flexibility with taking days off and vacations.

I was stuck in the position with no opportunities to learn and grow. I worked there for two years, I did not receive any feedback on my work. Management is inconsistent. No clear policy on overtime. My physical location was in one of GP client's premises and often I would even forget I work for GP - I wouldn't hear from my manager in months. The amount of elbow room might sound appealing to some, but at times I felt forgotten with no leadership and guidance. Showing leadership and putting in extra work felt useless - the result was the - stuck in the same old job with the same old salary.
