      After working here you'll know your worth

      For an "advertising agency" they only have one client. And that client keeps the lights on so whatever they say goes. Get ready to spend weeks on a project just to rip it apart because the client changed their mind. oops! Low paying salary and longgggggg hours. Oh but at 4:30 you get some cheese and crackers and mediocre wine.

      cool projects, book could look nice when you leave depending on what you worked on.

      horribly mismanaged. does not protect its creatives, abusive creative directors with huge egos that have been there far too long, repetitive uncreative work. no concept of work/life balance, working under ridiculous timelines.
