Pros
The culture of the company and the people you work with are the absolute best. The company is still new enough that you can really be a force for positive change, almost no matter where you are at the company. The company is looking to do big things in the video game space, and who knows? Maybe they will. The company cares deeply about customers, and that informs many of the decisions that are made.
Kontras
Unsurprisingly for gaming, the hours are long. Usual days are 9 hours, emergencies that require extra time come up every month or so, and work one or another day on weekends is not at all rare. There's a certain organizational lack of structure, which means that there's an inevitable chaos around any big event (although I would note that I've never worked somewhere this isn't true to some extent or another) Leadership just underwent a lot of changes in 2014 and they're still shaking out how the company is run. Cross department projects are frequently caught up in conflicts between teams and leadership has never adequately solved this problem.
