Leadership values employees (assistants, associates, managers) very little. There were "restructures" which included layoffs before, during, and after my time there which eliminated valuable positions while retraining more senior leadership staff that are clearly ineffective and/or contributing to a negative culture Staff turnover is through the roof. In my time there, at least 17 people left (out of a staff of around 30)
