Boss micromanagement, management wont listen to our views.

-some department have nicer sv and some dont, and other department can study more and travel meanwhile others department need to stay 24 at office doing report -monthly event 5s -birthday celebration -travelling

-micro management -boss always mad toward simplest things -doing unnecessary things even though it not on your job scope (driving boss everywhere, buying fishes, going to bank to sent the cheque, doing invoice, PO and DO, call customers) -dont have increment -boss are biased towards new staff, and only love old staff and pretty staff
