Poor company culture Took away profit sharing- Nothing to tie employees to company success BAD systems- absolutely terrible High volume of work, little to no downtime. Micromanaging time- even with working with systems that operate poorly. Ongoing training is from cartoon people, no opportunity to ask questions or collaborate If you post for a job and don’t get it- all you get is an automated email after weeks of waiting. Sometimes changing everything all at once is too much. We are DOGEd out. You’re killing us. Please stop.
