This company sets unreasonable standards and projection goals on its employees. Its based on a point system that makes it unreasonable, unfair and quite frankly is unattainable is you go on vacation. They say it’s adjusted, but it’s not. You can be busy all day long to only work claims with no point values. Nightmarish company. Would not recommend.
