Not transparent. The metrics have changed at least 3 times in 3 months and were backdated. We don’t actively know what the goal is, we are just told to stay at tbe top or risk losing your job. They hired the last crop of classes in a higher pay grade than the preceding classes of early 2023, allowing them to make more for the exact same position. We have the lowest call volume and queue in the country but we are expected to be competitive with the entire company??? The unclear goals, fear of losing your job at every turn and micromanagement do not make the hourly worth it.
