The pay. That’s literally it, but you can find close at even fast food stops nowadays.

Everything. I’ve worked at multiple Fortune 500 call centers before and this is by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I had the highest stats in my training class but it meant nothing. My job was still threatened daily over metrics (that I far surpassed) and constantly had a supervisor breathing down my neck over how many minutes I spent in the bathroom, or how long I had a customer on hold (when I was waiting for a sup to perform an action I didn’t have the ability to do). This company has become a joke.
