Pay and benefits are good, with hybrid and remote work opportunities available. Decent employee activities.

Kontras

Inconsistent management, what's great one week is considered poor the next. Metrics are tough when you are dealing with customers with a lot of different problems to take care of or very angry customers. Geico wants you to keep them happy but they want you to cut them off ("one and done"- take care of their one problem and get them off the phone) and still get excellent surveys.
