Literally none. There used to be some, but Todd Combs and the C suites don't know what they are doing.

Force ranking employees to eliminate the bottom every quarter. They keep taking and taking from employees while expecting more output. Bad pay. Bad benefits. No more profit sharing. There is nothing good left at geico. Actively pushing out tenured people.
