I have been continually pleasantly surprised at the support from not only a local level but national level as well. This is a fast-paced work environment - You will never be looking at the clock waiting for the minutes to tick away! With GCE you get what you put in and have an amazing company reputation to back you. You're selling a premium product - and a process that really works. Not to mention, you're affecting people's lives everyday! Your candidates by the jobs you expose them to and clients by the candidates you provide. All around - This company and position has pushed me outside my comfort zone more times than I can count and for that, I could not be more appreciative. You're only growing when you're pushed and I'm so glad that I have been.

Fernarbeit. - Nebenleistungen wurden nach dem Erwerb durch IQVIA besser, aber die Richtlinie bezüglich interner Angestellter ist immer noch "wir (GCE) haben kein Interesse an Ihnen, außer Sie verdienen Geld für uns" - mangelnde Überwachung sorgt ironischerweise für eine großartige Work-Life-Balance. Ist allerdings schlecht für die Kunden, die zu viel bezahlen.

Jede Bewertung über 3 Sternen kommt vermutlich von internen Angestellten, die einen guten Eindruck machen wollen. Nicht täuschen lassen - GCE ist ein Personalvermittler. Man wird rausgeworfen sobald das Projekt beendet ist, auch wenn man das Projekt erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. Wenn kein Kunde (Pharmanunternehmen) gefunden werden kann, mittels dem sich Geld aus einem pressen lässt, wird man sofort gefeuert. Es liegt im eigenen Interesse, so schnell wie möglich zu gehen. Das Unternehmen hat keine Transparenz, was man auch an all den Bewertungen sieht. Das einzig transparente Element ist die Tatsache, dass das obere Management, das mit Nichtangestellten spricht, Leute aus dem Abendland sind. Der Rest sind Nicht-Abendländer, mit denen man in einen Kulturkonflikt gerät. Es scheint fast, als wüsste man dort, dass die indische Kultur nicht mit abendländischen Angestellten und Kunden in Einklang zu bringen ist. Das ist nicht unüblich bei vielen Unternehmen, die ihren Innendienst nach Indien outsourcen, aber es ist sehr durchschaubar. Man muss ja schließlich die Dollars und Euros von den Pharmafirmen im Westen bekommen. Die schlechten Bewertungen hier sind tatsächlich richtig.
