Management is a hypocritical mess! Owner will talk to you in condescending tone. Manager always doing personal errands on company time, but God forbid you’re not doing something “productive” for five minutes. Mood of the day depends on manager’s mood and stress level, so usually bad. Commission is based on overall store revenue, so it’s never guaranteed. Pay is poor and you can work a lot less harder and get better pay taking orders for a drive thru. Make sure to never have a family emergency or get suddenly ill!! They WILL retaliate against you.
