Pros
work from home but except that its really sick environment.
Kontras
Middle management is dominated by office politics, finger-pointing, and a blame culture instead of accountability and support. Rather than helping teams succeed, managers seem more interested in finding someone to blame whenever something goes wrong.
The pressure in some enterprise client engagements is relentless. Unrealistic deadlines are the norm, and the constant question is, "Why can't this be finished today?" regardless of workload, technical complexity, or personal circumstances. The result is unnecessary stress and a work environment that takes a serious toll on employees' mental wellbeing.
There is little respect for work-life balance. Parents are made to feel that caring for their children is an inconvenience or a lack of commitment. Employees are criticized over trivial issues, such as posting in the "wrong" communication channel, while far more important workplace problems are ignored.
In my experience, the leadership culture showed very little empathy toward employees with families. It often felt as though parents were expected to prioritize work above their children, with assumptions that childcare should always come before family responsibilities. I found that attitude both disappointing and deeply unprofessional.
