The workplace was extremely unprofessional. Employees are treated poorly and communicate disrespectfully. Staff are often asked to delay or skip lunch to complete work, while management does not follow the same rule
I was even questioned about financial data from 2021 despite joining in December 2025, which shows poor systems and lack of basic understanding.
The attrition rate is very high, and it’s not a healthy environment. Don't work for both Humanify and Future Factory personal advise. I am leaving within a month this company.
