Working with kids is great. Sometimes working with parents, not so great :-) Sometimes their expectations are too high

Very independent job with opportunities to be creative and try different things while running camps. Good chance experience working with receptive middle schoolers. TONS of different camps in game design and robotics, so it never becomes repetitive. CEO is always open to new ideas and ways of doing things. Flexible scheduling. Fun subject matter.

As the leader of the camps, your responsibilities can include unpaid time for getting/dropping off equipment and resolving issues outside of camp hours.
