A stagnant company, is a dying company. We are always evolving and improving! Due to the occasional long hour day, the company finds ways to mitigate, like early Fridays during the slower season, or bringing in dinner for the entire company!

A concrete filing window does lead to long hours during certain parts of the year. There is a learning curve and it can take months before you feel you have an understanding of the program.

This company has been in business for over 20 years and still can't figure out how they want to run the company. They are constantly "restructuring" the company which often doesn't take into consideration the amount of stress it puts on the employees. The employees that have been there for 10 years are doing the exact same jobs as people that have been there 2 months. This company likes to act like they are the best in the industry, but if our clients saw how unorganized they are behind the scenes, they wouldn't trust the company. The employees are not compensated fairly for all the time and stress they put in. Overall working for this company would be a huge mistake.
