Some inconsistent policies. Shift managers tend to bear the brunt of the worst from poor upper management decisions, uncooperative employees, and rude customers. (I wasn't a shift manager, this is just what I observed)

Coworkers feel like family. Opportunity to get promoted to team lead

Long shifts, overworked at times, tension between management
