Some of the managers are genuinely nice people and care about their employees and what's happening in their lives at home.

Nobody listens to complaints of customers OR employees, not a single person wants to do their job and if you actually do your job, the owner will still not think it's good enough. I was constantly talked to like a child even though I was one of the only people who knew how to do everything. It's a very condescending, sexist company.
