Management not only tolerates poor performance to the customer, but drives it and justifies it. (never fixing it). Management is a interesting blending of being both ignorant and arrogant. Leadership refuses to accept responsibility for crippling the workforce. Macroscope - the backbone of Fujitsu is not employed nor even referenced. A deceitful, treacherous toxic location. Turnover is high. Clients and Customers are dissatisfied. Fear culture.
