They have a.strong Japanese.culture which.is based in good manners and pretend to.care about you

Overtime is limited and there is times when they need personnel for weekends...therefore they will divide your 40hours in 7 days if they have too..they feel like they own you like if we lived in Japan(slavery) ....entry. Level specially. Temps people are treated close to a cacauroach
