A 3 hrs company overview is what is served in the name of orientation. 2. If you've ever worked in a professional, employee friendly organization, FCI will feel like the worst place to work in. They talk about Respect as one of their core values, but they openly humiliate and insult employees. It is a Japanese company so you expect a certain level of strictness but this place feels like a school with headmasters for managers. 3. The Manager will insist on micro-managing your day without understanding if you are capable and professional enough to be competent. It is assumed that you are an incompetent buffoon who must be tamed! AVOID this place at any cost.
