The pay is good and benefits are decent.

As in many organizations, the sales department is king. Promises made by sales filters down to service implementers and support staff without concern to actually service the customer. Many teams are understaffed and everything is "high priority." Support staff is left to clean up the mess from poorly defined sales contracts where little or no planning was conducted beforehand. This leads to very long work weeks and weekend work. Plan on working 50-75 hour weeks if you are in a support role.
