Good environment with a decent outdoor view, equipment required is available. People are local and friendly including customer, average age of early 30s, very few grads. Company looks good on the CV. Salary can be good depending on how you sell yourself and experience at the start. Pay raise yearly depending on performance. Great packages; car allowance, bonus, pension etc.
Kontras
Not the best place to be if you wish to climb the career ladder. People here are not ambitious. It's hard to get noticed and even if you meet all objectives and get put forward for promotion the chance of getting it is very slim.
