      Opportunity to work with industry-standard equipment.

      Kontras

      Workplace lacks inclusivity and psychological safety. Experienced colleagues often adopt a condescending attitude rather than mentoring. Management structure is very hierarchical and does not value employee growth or learning. Feels more like labour purchased for output rather than an investment in people’s development.

      Pros

      Communicative upper management. Great people to work with and fantastic opportunity for growth. The company treats their employees well and provides a wonderful work/life balance. The opportunities are endless for growing in your career and continuing your education with Fugro. Overall a wonderful and supportive place to work.

      My only con is that I feel the yearly raises aren’t as competitive as other companies in similar industries.
