Constantly feeling monitored, constant harassment by management with their electronic monitoring and gps. If you go out of route to stop and go to the bathroom between jobs you can be reprimanded. If you go to the office to get supplies or something you might get an email from the boss showing you on the map to all the other employees calling you out for sitting at the office doing nothing, this is common. It used to be a good place to work about 15 years ago but now it is a constant harassment of the people outside doing the work. I have left after 18 years and by far this has become the worst place I ever worked. Do not go to work here, it's a crap hole that is circling the drain with the policy's and being run by wall street. The amount of money being wasted in areas already saturated with fiber providers is going to sink them. Plan on another bankruptcy coming.
