Pros
Pros, not much. Employees get a small discount on the products (phone, internet, TV). Frontier has a small 401K matching program.
Kontras
Too much emphasis on selling products to customers. Frontier requires each employee to make sales (referrals). Not everyone is cut out to be a sales person. And the referral system is broken. Lower management to scared to discuss anything with upper mgmt. Upper mgmt. does not want to hear how the business really is. If lower mgmt. tries to say anything, they can be fired immediately. Upper mgmt. wants to get rid of employees and have contractors do the jobs.
