I have worked in the industry for 18 years, Frontier bought my previous telephony company approximately 9 years ago and I have never looked back. I would love to see our PTO policy updated to allow employees to carry over PTO if they desired. Some of the pay scales within the organization does not compare well with industry standards. This is not all positions just some and we need to improve so we can continued onboarding young talent.
