Pros
Frontier promotes good values and has a reputation for excellent customer service. They continue to build out the state of the art network which will enable customers to receive the services they demand. For those employees with a drive to succeed, there's plenty of room for carreer advancement and opportunities. Also, everytime I go to the bank to cash my paycheck... it NEVER bounces :)

Dealing with co-workers who are stuck in a mindset that they think that they can run the company better than current leadership, but do nothing except complain about it. If they have all the answers then they should become the change they want to see.
