They laid off the call center and moved the work to other employees. No raises. Micromanaged to death! HR department is a joke. I reported being physically threatened 3 times before anything was done about it. Worst job of my life. Told you would be expected to work mandatory OT on the weekend then told Friday at 3 PM they don’t need you. Zero respect for a work life balance.
