It is a steady paycheck. The employees made it a tollerable place to work. There are a lot of talented individuals in the company.
Kontras
There is a hard line between senior management and the rest of the organization. Most new ideas come from the top. Employees are not empowered to improve the company's performance which limits the amount of influence a person can make to grow the business. The human talent pool is being wasted because it is not utilized.
