Micro managed, red tape, opinions more important than statistical data, managers without any discipline experience making decisions that negatively impact results, and all-in-all just an old man's club. Females get paid REMARKABLY less than less experienced male counterparts, and I only ever witnessed Men receiving promotions, regardless of tangible results and output.
