The organization is still hiring and growing so there is plenty of territory left for the right salesperson. This is a hunter type role. If you fit that description, you will do very well here. There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy in your sales role. Just be a clear communicator and give your best effort. The rewards will follow.

The introduction of new products to the sales team can be a bit daunting but if you are a quick learner, you will be able to become a strong presenter quickly. They are still building some essential sales tools but they are on the right track.
